Online Room Booking

To book a room, we require the following details:

• Your Name
• Address (House number, Street, Town, County, Postcode)
• Telephone Number
• Number of Rooms (single or twin)
• Dates to be booked
• Credit Card Details (Required for Guaranteed Booking, American Express not excepted)

You are not required to supply your credit card details, but they are required to hold and confirm the room booking, and no payment will be taken until your arrival at Chadwicks (No guarantee can be given on booking without credit card details).
If, however, we do not receive 48 hours cancellation notice then the card will be debited for one full nights stay up to two nights if your booking is for more than one night.

Disclaimer: Neither your personal or credit card details will be given out to any third party organisation.
No payment will be taken until your arrival at Chadwicks.
